Licensing and Registration of Fishing Units
The overall objective is to implement the awareness campaign on registration and licensing of Fishing Units for the DiFR.
The Objectives & Background
- Develop the communication strategy & tools for awareness creation on licensing/registration among affected actors
- Creating awareness amongst the fisher folks on why registration and licensing takes place and how these tools
are used within sustainable fisheries management Creating awareness amongst the fisher folks as to when and how the registration and licensing takes place and what the procedures are that should be followed.
